Hi and thanks for visiting my blogspace. Here are some encouraging words that helped me through those rough times in my separation and divorce.
As we have fallen back in the scene of singleness and if it's early into this singleness by just being seperated or divorced, this really is time to pursue the Lord, to grow and be devoted to him. You're now free to concern wholey with the things of God. Don't be in a rush to get into a relationship.
Work at developing yourself as a single person. Become consumed by God. Develop your character and preparing yourself for whomever God is preparing for you. When you can be alone and enjoy it, you are a self-confident and self-aware person. This means that you have your act together and you're ready for a deeper relationship.
When you're truly single that is a sign of being spiritually and emotionally mature. You are well adjusted, not needing other people's approval, then this means that you have your act together. Now take this time to work on and enjoy some of the things you couldn't do when you where married. Get closer to God and love yourself. Heal and be strong.

Healing From Divorce
This is a 11 week bible study to get you through all the hurt and pain you experience in separation or divorce. Do the week by week study and read the scriptures everyday in that week and believe that God will bring you healing because he is and awesome God. There are people who can walk away from you. When people can walk away from you, let the walk. I don't want you to try to talk another person into staying with you, loving you, calling you, caring about you, coming to see you, staying attached to you.
When people can walk away from you let them walk. Your destiny is never tied to anybody that left. The bible states that, they came out from us, that it might be manifest that they were not for us. For had they been of us, no doubt they would have continued with us.(1 John;2:19
People leave you because they are not joined to you, you can not make them stay. LET THEM GO. It does not mean that they are a bad person because they no longer want to be with you. It means that their part in the story is over.
You have to realize when it is over. You should know that whatever God means for you to have he will give it to you. If it takes too much sweat, you do not need it. Stop begging people to stay. Let them go!!!
